Big scare! A Tour de France rider hits a car (Video)


During the 4th stage of the women’s Tour de France disputed this Wednesday, July 27, the Spanish cyclist Mavi Garcia was knocked down by a car, launched at full speed. Safe and sound, the tragedy was narrowly avoided.

In the middle of the race, and with just 13 short kilometers left before crossing the finish line, runner Margarita Victoria Garcia, more commonly known as Mavi Garcia, almost fell victim to a terrible tragedy.

Launched at full speed, the 38-year-old Spaniard was hit in the back of her bike by her UAE team car, which earned him an impressive glide. Fortunately for her, the driver quickly pressed the brake of his vehicle to prevent his unfortunate victim from ending up under its wheels. The shocking images obviously made the rounds on social networks. But ultimately more fear than harm for the professional cyclistwho managed to finish the race, although injured in the shoulder and hands.
