As reported by 9to5Google, a corresponding screenshot by @AssembleDebug appeared on Twitter in response to a tweet by Artem Russakovskii. This shows the new sync feature within the Google Play Store app.

However, if you skip this step, you have to manually search and download the programs and games in the Google Play Store.
