Big Walk: a new unclassifiable title from the creators of Untitled Goose Game

We don’t know what’s served in the House House canteen, but it looks like it’s pretty good. Defined as “A cooperative online walker-talker” by the communications managers of House House and their publisher Panic, an “online cooperative game where we walk and talk”, Big Walk is already shaping up to be a fun experience that skis on unexplored slopes.

When the courses copy each other

Between walks in the great outdoors from a first-person perspective, tests/puzzles that seem to require intensive collaboration, and the fact of being able to discover hilly areas that allow both climbing and sliding backwards. -train, Big Walk has a summer camp scent. This is also the stated goal of House House: to encourage players to have a good time together, even if it means doing the worst stupid things (making a human pyramid, jumping together into a hole without knowing its depth, throwing binoculars from its neighbor as far as possible in the ocean…). They are the ones who leave the best memories, right?

With its artistic direction which combines realistic settings and rounded characters – including a je ne sais quoi reminiscent of Pingu by Otmar Gutmann and Erika Brueggemann -, Big Walk still has a long walk before arriving at its destination: the title is planned for 2025 on PC via Steam. For the moment, no announcements have been made regarding console ports.
