(CercleFinance.com) – Bigben Interactive announces that it has decided to reduce its share capital, by canceling 173,568 treasury shares, bought back on Euronext Paris between May 28 and July 20, and representing approximately 0.93% of the share capital of Bigben Interactive.
Immediately after the cancellation of these shares, the number of shares making up the share capital of the video game and accessories group amounts to 18,529,960 shares, to which are attached 21,470,130 gross voting rights.
