(CercleFinance.com) – The Luxembourg limited company Nord-Sumatra Investissements declared that it individually crossed upwards, on June 1, 2022, the threshold of 20% of the capital of Bigben Interactive and individually holds 3,861,173 Bigben Interactive shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 20.65% of the capital and 17.99% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing is the result of a capital reduction by Bigben Interactive following the cancellation of treasury shares.
