You don’t like your bikini figure yet, although the holiday is just around the corner? No problem – our last-minute tips will help you tighten your body in a short time.

Summer is just around the corner – so put on your bikini and get in the water! You just haven’t reached the feel-good figure you want to present yourself with on the beach? No problem – If you want to work on your bikini figure in the short term, you will get great tips here.

Bikini figure in a hurry

For the last-minute beach figure that has to be in place within a few weeks, we unfortunately cannot avoid a bit of fitness plus a diet. With these tips you can tighten your body and show off your figure:

1. Eat protein in your diet

Nobody has to give up carbohydrates completely to lose weight. But it helps to eliminate them from the diet in the evening and replace them with protein from lean meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, salad and dairy products. Protein fuels the metabolism and thus fat burning, it also keeps you full for a long time. By the way, you should not have your last meal much later than 6 p.m.

2. Take meal breaks

In order for the metabolism to work optimally, we ideally eat a main meal three times a day and take a break of at least three hours in between. Because whoever snacks constantly drives the insulin level up again and again – this is unhealthy on the one hand and on the other hand prevents that the body draws on its fat reserves. If you are tormented by unbridled hunger in between, it is best to eat a few vegetable sticks or a boiled egg – this is the least stressful.

3. Drink enough

We really can’t say it enough – drink at least two liters a day, the more the better. Water not only fills you up and drives away hunger pangs, it also boosts your metabolism.

4. Train properly

A good workout is one where you’re really exhausted by the last two reps of an exercise. The so-called high intensity training is suitable for a flat stomach, firm thighs and thus a great bikini figure. in which different parts of the body are used in repetitive exercises. At best, you should do your workout every two days for the last-minute beach figure. HIIT is not your thing at all? No problem either – you can of course also go for a run or use the cross trainer for your training. The main thing is that you do it regularly and then for at least 30 minutes per unit!

5. Take every opportunity to move

In addition to the intense workout every two days, we should use every opportunity to move. Take every flight of stairs and maybe get off the train a stop early on the way home and walk the rest of the way. This is not only generally healthy, it also brings your short-term beach figure within reach!

Should I lose weight at all? The waist circumference is crucial

Not sure if you should lose weight at all? Then it’s best to grab a tape measure and check your waist circumference! The “Federal Center for Nutrition” recommends that the abdominal circumference should not be more than 88 centimeters for women and no more than 102 centimeters for men, to minimize health risks.
