You don't like your bikini figure even though your vacation is just around the corner? No problem – our last minute tips will help you tighten your body in a short time.

Hand on heart: Most women are probably one hundred percent satisfied with their bodies and drag themselves through various diets, regardless of whether they are actually overweight or not. But while we can hide under wide cuddly sweaters and scarves in winter, you can see every kilo of excess on your belly during your summer vacation in a bikini at the latest. For the last minute beach figure with which we can wear all bikinis and feel comfortable in our skin, we can't get past a bit of fitness plus diet. With these tips you can tighten your body and stage your figure:

1. When it comes to nutrition, rely on protein

Nobody has to do without carbohydrates to lose weight. But it helps to cut them off in the evening and them to be replaced by protein from lean meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, lettuce and dairy products. Protein fuels the metabolism and thus the fat burning, it also keeps you full for a long time. By the way, you shouldn't have dinner much later than at 6 p.m.

2. Take breaks

In order for the metabolism to work optimally, we should eat a main meal three times a day and take a break of at least three hours in between. Because if you constantly snack, the insulin level keeps rising – on the one hand, this is unhealthy and on the other hand prevents the body from consuming its fat reserves. When hunger strains in between, it is best to eat a few vegetable sticks or a boiled egg – this is the least stressful for the body.

3. Drink enough

You really can't say it enough – it is best to drink at least two liters a day, the more the better. Water not only saturates and drives away the small hunger, it also boosts the metabolism.

4. Train at the limit to get fit

A good workout is one in which you are really exhausted by the last two repetitions of an exercise. For a flat stomach, tight thighs without cellulite and thus the perfect bikini figure, the so-called high intensity training is suitable, in which different parts of the body are used in repetitive exercises. At best, you do your workout for the last-minute beach figure every two days.

5. Use every chance to move

In addition to the daily short workout, we should take every opportunity to move. Take every staircase and maybe get off the train one station earlier on your way home and walk the rest. This brings your short-term beach figure within reach!
