Singer Pink and daughter Willow Sage enchanted us with their performance at the Billboard Music Awards. The winner of the evening was The Weeknd.

The Billboard Music Awards were presented in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (local time). Singer Pink (41) made for goosebumps: She brought daughter Willow Sage (9) with her on stage and performed the song “Cover Me In Sunshine” with her. In addition, the two acrobatic figures showed at lofty heights. Then the singer started a medley and performed hits like “Get the Party Started”, “So What” or “Just Give Me a Reason”. Pink received the “Icon Award” for “outstanding artists” and which was presented to her by Jon Bon Jovi (59) during the show in the Microsoft Theater.

The winners of the evening

Drake (34), who received the special award as “Artist of the Decade”, also brought family support and won the award with his three-year-old son Adonis, among others. The Weeknd (31) became the winner of the evening. He took home ten prizes at the award ceremony on Monday night. He won among other things in the categories “Top Artist”, “Top R&B Artist”, “Best Singer” and “Best R&B Album”.

Rapper Pop Smoke (1999-2020) was posthumously honored with four trophies. The seven South Koreans from BTS and the reggaeton singer Bad Bunny (27) received four prizes. Taylor Swift (31) was honored as the best artist. Singer Nick Jonas (28) conducted the show for the first time, which also included performances that took place on an open-air stage with a live audience.
