Billie Eilish: injunction enforced against stalkers

Billie Eilish (18, "Bad Guy") and her family can breathe a sigh of relief. After a stalker regularly came dangerously close to the singer and her parents, a district court in Los Angeles has now decided that he should not approach 100 yards (91 meters). The injunction against the man is initially valid for three years, but can be extended if the circumstances so require. In addition, the stalker may not contact Eilish and her parents, reports the US portal "TMZ".

Stalker entered the family property several times

The 24-year-old man, against whom the ban on contact was obtained, is said to have appeared on the estate of the Grammy winner and her family several times. Once he is said to have even sat on the porch of the house and read a book. The family also worried that the stalker would touch the doors and bell without wearing gloves. After taking it to the top in early May and stepping on the property seven times within two days, he was arrested for trespassing.

Already in July, Eilish enforced an injunction against the 24-year-old. With the court decision, this decision is now official. Eilish's lawyers had requested that an injunction be imposed for five years.
