This development must be analyzed in the light of the very strong growth in activity achieved in 1

half of 2022 (+75% total growth and +21% organic).

Land Activities: good resilience of sales in France

BIO-UV Group posted a limited decline in activity of 3%.

In a swimming pool market that has been in sharp decline since the start of 2023 (-11.7% for the Trading activity according to the FFP

), BIO-UV Group is outperforming the market, taking advantage of the premium positioning of its environmentally friendly solutions. The solution

After a very dynamic year in 2022 (+31% annual growth), the turnover of the Maritime division confirms the anticipated decline.

In this division, however, the Group anticipates more sustained activity in the 2

half of 2023, in particular on service activities.

Order book by mid-July 2023: €8.9m

In mid-July 2023, BIO-UV Group’s order book stood at €8.9 million, up compared to the end of March 2023 (€7.7 million).

Orders to be delivered in 2023 amount to €7.6 million (€3.9 million for the Maritime division and €3.7 million for the Land division).
