(Boursier.com) — Lazard Frères Banque and Portzamparc have submitted to the AMF the offer to implement the squeeze-out targeting the company’s shares Biocorpfollowing the public purchase offer initiated by the Danish company Novo Nordisk Region Europe.
Indeed, following the offer, Novo Nordisk Region Europe directly holds 4,317,044 Biocorp shares, or 97.84% of the capital and 97.47% of the theoretical voting rights of Biocorp.
The squeeze-out on the company’s shares will be implemented on October 11.
The amount of compensation is set at 35 euros per Biocorp share.
The suspension of the trading of Biocorp shares is maintained until the implementation of the squeeze-out.
