Started in 1996, the franchise resident Evil continues to excite fans after all these years, thanks to original opuses or remakes. Capcom has hit hard since 2019 with the remakes of Resident Evil 2, 3 And 4but the first part didn’t really get the same treatment.

Capcom hasn’t announced anything yet, so fans of Team Arklay’s launched the development of Biohazard RE1, designed usingUnreal Engine 5. A trailer was revealed recently, it’s quite impressive, even if it’s clear that amateur developers don’t have the budget to Capcomnor the sublime RE Engine. However, Team Arklay’s made the choice to keep the fixed camera angles of the timebut it also reveals a behind-the-shoulder view as in recent remakes of Resident Evil 2 And 3something to satisfy everyone.
Biohazard RE1 is still under developmentbut let us still remember that Team Arklay’s had already made waves with an unofficial remake of Dino Crisis, which never saw the light of day due to lack of resources. Let’s hope that Biohazard RE1 does not suffer the same fate, if Capcom Don’t stick your nose in it either.
