Last week, THQ Nordic And Experiment 101 launched the Nintendo Switch version of Biomutant, an action role-playing game originally released in 2021 on computers and home consoles. A port produced by a regular of the genre (Saber Interactive), but which still stings the retina. Fortunately, graphics aren’t everything.
Many players were waiting for this port to the portable home console of Nintendoat least in the land of the Rising Sun. Biomutant appeared in the sales rankings of resellers, Automaton Media therefore questioned the editor and THQ Nordic claims that “digital and physical versions are selling 20 times more than expected” in Japan! The studio is not revealing any sales figures for the moment, but the port of Biomutant on Switch seems to be very successful. This shows that, even three years late, sales can be good as the console Nintendo is popular in Japan.
