(CercleFinance.com) – The Biosynex laboratory announces the promotion of Oren Bitton to the position of Deputy Managing Director of the group.
Oren Bitton joined Biosynex in 2011. He was appointed Director of
Business Unit (BU) Pharma in September 2022, whose activity he structured and developed by ensuring the post-Covid transition and providing international growth prospects.
Oren Bitton will be supported by Thierry Paper (Co-founder) who will retain Scientific Direction and will be in charge of US operations.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors will propose to the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 7, to vote in favor of the appointment of Brigitte Geny, to the position of independent Director of the company and the appointment of Diane Abensur, in quality of Administrator.
