(AOF) – Theradiag has announced the appointment of the firm Crowe HAF by the company’s board of directors as an independent expert within the framework of the proposed voluntary takeover bid (OPA) filed by Biosynex. On September 23, 2022, Biosynex filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) a draft voluntary public tender offer in cash for the shares of the company that it does not hold, at a price of 2.30 euros per share.
Jacques Azancot, independent director of the company, will monitor the work of the independent expert within the framework provided by the applicable regulations.
