(CercleFinance.com) – Biosynex announces today the withdrawal of the marketing of these hot water bottles following a prefectural decree of March 9, 2023.
As a reminder, Biosynex had voluntarily launched a recall on February 15, 2023 of the batch of hot water bottles n°202207030 following customer complaints reporting the risk of fire and burns.
The company makes every effort with its resellers and consumers to ensure the return of these hot water bottles in the best conditions.
The turnover achieved since the start of the marketing of these products in October 2022 amounts to 2.2 ME.
The estimated costs of this product recall will be provisioned in the accounts for the 2022 financial year, specifies the company.
