Friday, October 28 traffic
In terms of departures and arrivals, Bison Futé raises the green flag all over France, except Île-de-France. Indeed, the traffic looks very dense in the direction of departures from the Ile-de-France region. The organization advises leaving before noon towards the various toll gates.
From Paris, traffic will be complicated on these axes, Friday, from the end of the morning to the end of the day, with a peak between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.:
- A6 motorway
- A10 motorway
- A13 motorway
- A86 motorway
- Outlying street
Saturday 29 October traffic
Saturday is classified as green throughout the territory except the Grand Ouest and Île-de-France, which are under the orange banner. The traffic jams caused by this All Saints’ bridge will begin at 10 a.m. and will last until 8 p.m., especially at the start of major cities.
Here are Bison Futé’s recommendations for the day on Saturday:
- Leave Île-de-France before 8 a.m.
- Avoid the A10 motorway between Paris and Poitiers (10am-4pm)
- Avoid the A11 motorway between Paris and Nantes (10am-12pm)
- Avoid the A13 motorway between Rouen and Caen (11am-4pm)
Traffic on Sunday October 30 and Monday October 31
The heart of the weekend, between Sunday morning and Monday evening, should suffer no traffic jam. Bison Futé classifies these two days as “green” both in terms of departures and arrivals, on all roads in the country.

Traffic for Tuesday 1 November
After two days of calm, traffic will be dense again on Tuesday November 1, at the start of the afternoon, towards Île-de-France, which is the only region under an orange flag. Most returns will be between noon and early evening. Bison Futé gives several axes to avoid in the direction of returns:
- A6 motorway
- A10 motorway
- A13 motorway
