With the All-In-One Media Keyboard, Microsoft has an excellent multimedia and ergonomic keyboard, with a beautiful finish and wide compatibility. We regret however that it does not work on battery. Cheaper than the K830, this All-In-One is suddenly a serious competitor to the already old K400 from Logitech.

Strong points

• Workable touchpad.
• Good layout of keys.
• Wide compatibility (Windows, OS X, Android, Multimedia TV).
• Good layout of keys.

Weak points

• No battery but batteries.
• No direct connection without the USB dongle.
