The BL188 impact drill driver from Black+Decker is very efficient overall. It constitutes a first-class screwdriver and a satisfactory drill, especially in masonry. It’s a shame that the finishes weren’t a little more careful, because that would have made it an ideal machine.

The Parkside Performance PABSP 20-LI C2 is a good overall drill driver. It is suitable without problem for working in wood, even hard wood, but reaches its limits in certain masonry due to the absence of percussion mode. It is also possible to find more compact models, such as the Metabo BS 18 or even the Bosch Professional GSB 18V-55, but the prices are no longer the same. As is often the case with the Lidl brand, the quality/price ratio is interesting.
