Easy to use with its direct controls, the Sauter SPI9544B induction hob does not disappoint in terms of performance either. The three fires it offers, each with 14 power levels, two of which can be stored, one boost and a function “Boil”, guarantee it a certain versatility. The larger one allows a rapid rise in temperature, while the smaller one is suitable for more fragile foods. The Sauter plate can also boast of being quite quiet and energy efficient. An excellent choice in short for those who are not looking for twinable zones, as the Samsung NZ63N9777GK offers, for an additional hundred euros however.
Strong points

We won’t really remember the SPI9648BP cooktop for its pre-recorded functions, but it remains excellent nonetheless. Direct controls are practical and the presence of pairable zones facilitates the use of long dishes. However, beware of problems of homogeneity in the absence of inductors at the center of this HoriZone, as Sauter calls it. We will also deplore in passing the absence of hearths of more than 21 cm in diameter. This model nevertheless offers up to four heat sources allowing you to sear and cook at a very low heat, without too much noise pollution. A worthy replacement for the SPI4664B, in short.
