It’s the same every year: You can find the best offers for Xiaomi cell phones in the Chinese manufacturer’s online shop, which goes by the name mi.com. However, the good deals here are often not obvious at first glance, because the really low prices usually only come about if you combine several discount campaigns. This is currently the case with the Redmi Note 12 with an AMOLED display.

Xiaomi offers this online with 64 gigabytes of device and 4 gigabytes of RAM for 129.90 euros. Actually a good price, as the version still costs 229.90 euros when it launches on the market in spring. Other retailers are currently charging around 150 euros for the cell phone. But with a trick you can make this deal even hotter.

This is how you secure the discount voucher you need
The magic word is discount codes. Xiaomi offers some of these online. There is currently a 20 euro voucher that you can use when buying a Redmi Note cell phone. Apply this to the offer. The price drops to 109 euros. However, the voucher is reduced to 1,000 fans. So you should hurry up if you are interested in the cell phone.
To secure the voucher, go to Xiaomi’s Black Friday website and tap on “Request a 20 euro voucher for the Redmi Note smartphone series”. You can find the button near the beginning of the website. Then log in with your access data and put the Redmi Note 12 in the shopping cart. You should now see the voucher at the checkout and the price will drop from 129 to 109 euros.
Is it still worth buying despite the Redmi Note 13?
The Redmi Note 12 is the cheapest model in the series. Compared to other versions, you have to do without the new 5G mobile communications standard. An AMOLED screen and a 50-megapixel camera are part of the equipment. The display in particular is rarely available at this price. As a rule, you pay around 200 euros for corresponding cell phones.
Although there is already a successor in the starting blocks with the Redmi Note 13, you can still access it without hesitation. Because Xiaomi guarantees you updates to Android 14 and Android 15. Security patches should be available by 2026. The cell phone is still delivered with Android 13.
