Rumors suggested that Game Science had signed a temporary exclusivity agreement with Sony to go out first Black Myth: Wukong on PS5, but the reality could be quite different and more down to earth. According to eXtas1sA insider knowledgeable, Black Myth: Wukong is suffering from memory leaks, or memory leakon Xbox Series X|S. A well-known technical issue among developers where memory that is no longer in use is not freed, resulting in crashes and performance issues. Unfortunately, Game Science would not be able to resolve this problem, and Black Myth: Wukong reportedly failed bug detection testsbut the rest of the game “about to be ready”.

The Chinese studio is now reportedly working to fix this issue in order to pass the tests and finally reveal a release date for Black Myth: Wukong on Xbox Series X|S. In short, players now just have to wait. You can find the Xbox Series X at €469.99 on Amazon.
