Black Panther 2: after several months of shutdown, filming has resumed

Interrupted last November, the filming of the film Black Panther 2 was finally able to resume, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The production of the feature film “Black Panther: Wakanda for ever” had been suspended following the injury of actress Letitia Wright. The star was injured while filming the Marvel Studios movie while performing a stunt in Boston last August.

This injury was considered minor, and should not delay the release of this film, eagerly awaited by fans, on November 9, 2022.

A cast faithful to the first opus

At the realization, Marvel has decided to renew its confidence in Ryan Coogler for this new opus. The cast is also faithful to the original one with in particular Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright or even Winston Duke.

“Black Panther”, played by Chadwick Boseman, who died in 2020, was nominated in seven categories at the Oscars in 2019. The amount of film revenue worldwide amounted to 1.3 billion dollars.
