Away from zombies and other bloodthirsty space monsters, Black Trail offer to meet us in the middle of the Far West, at the time of the gold rush as a war breaks out in the mine of Snake Canyon which has just opened. Ancient artefacts were discovered there, causing the attack of the natives who themselves wanted to recover these objects “which could change the course of the war”! Looking at the video, these artifacts might even slow down time at the Matrix ?
Clearly typed shootthe title does not seem to be interested in multiplayer: indeed, it prefers to put the player in the shoes ofa bounty hunter, Jackor of white eagle, an indian warrior well known and respected by his peers in these countries. The game, still in development, will offer to switch from one to the other through different levels, such as the galleries of a gold mine, a town in the Far West or a train launched at full steam in the middle of the wild plains. We will therefore live the same battle through two different and opposing eyes.
As for weapons, these will be linked to the chapter played: rifle, colt 6 shots, machine gun Gatling for one, ax throwing, archery (longbow) for the other. The game will include a gameplay dedicated to the handling of each of them (crank for the Gatling, for example). Of course, we will have to think about avoiding all this by taking cover behind a crate, bending down and shifting to the side, our cardio should still be put to the test!
Finally, each chapter will be interspersed with cutscenes, with the narration of the two protagonists that will take us forward in this story. Although no mention is made of the license Red Dead Redemptionthe content advertised by RedHorizon furiously makes you think about it. Still, we will have to wait until this summer to find out more, if the deadlines are maintained. In the meantime, you can still practice the harmonica even if this option does not seem to be provided in the game.
