For the iShares Ethereum Trust of BlackRock and the Fidelity Ethereum Fundyou will have to wait until the month of June next for the next decision (or yet another non-decision) of the SEC.
But before that, the month of may 2024 will be hot For Gary Gensler’s Regulatorsbecause several of these ETFs spot ETH will arrive at their deadlinenotably that proposed by VanEck, from May 23. This means that the SEC will be forced to make a final decision: to approve or not to approve these exchange-traded funds on Ethereum and its ethers.
