Blasphemous 2 Returns with Mea Culpa DLC

Blasphemous 2The DLC will be released on October 31, 2024 at a price of €11.99 and will be available on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and GoG as well as on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

Mea Culpa will offer players two new massive areas to explore where it will be possible to meet 4 new NPCs and 2 new bosses. Of course, new quests will punctuate this new adventure. Finally, the DLC will offer a new alternative ending to the epic of the Penitent.

Alongside this paid DLC, The Game Kitchen and Team17 Digital have planned a free update for Blasphemous 2 which will be released simultaneously. It will include expanded areas with the Choir of Thorns, the Sunken Cathedral and the Basilica of Ancient Faces completely reforged. The Penitent will be able to take advantage of a multitude of useful improvements to face the new enemies that will rise up against him. Not to mention the new challenge offered by the Labyrinth of the Tides. Finally, the New Game+ will have different fully adjustable difficulty options.
