The BLAST Premier Fall groups, on CS:GO, have delivered their verdict. This weekend, the six best teams in the tournament qualified: OG, Natus Vincere, Team Liquid, but also FaZe Clan, G2 Esports and Ninjas in Pajamas. The Americans of G2 also took a big revenge by eliminating Vitality (2:1) in the last chance match. Indeed, after beating the Samurai in the semi-finals 2:1, the French structure was stopped dead by the ogre Natus Vincere 2:0. Reversed in Last Chance, Vitality was eventually defeated by G2 who qualified.
A defeat that sends ZywOo’s teammates to the second half of the table and therefore to Fall Showdown. To hope to obtain a ticket for the final of the BLAST Premier Fall 2022, Vitality will have to win and finish in the top 2 of this last qualifying tournament, with in particular Astralis, Heroic or Complexity Gaming who have not yet won. Who are the last two structures that will join the 6 qualifiers? Answer mid October. The finals will take place on November 23with a place in the World Final at stake.
Note that the new G2 player, the Russian m0NESY, was elected MVP of these groups. In the ranking of points on the maps, he is notably ahead of the Frenchman from Vitality ZywOo3rd, or another G2 star, Niko, 4th. YEKINDAR (TL) is 2nd.
