Bluelinea, a major operator in the “Silver Economy” sector in France, announces record 2022 turnover, at €10,443k, up 39% compared to 2021.

Revenue is driven by a solid level of organic growth, estimated at +16%, and the successful integration of the company Securitas Téléassistance, finalized on December 31, 2021 at midnight, which enabled Bluelinea to climb into the Top 5 on the French remote assistance market.

, comprising the B2C activity, is the engine of growth (+53%) and generates 56% of the turnover for the financial year. In addition to the integration of Securitas Teleassistance customers on the platform

Thanks to the success of the capital increase carried out during the summer of 2022 with the support of Apicil, its main shareholder, Bluelinea posted, at December 31, 2022, available cash of €4 million compared to only €0.8 million one year. earlier. The Company was thus able to significantly reduce its financial debt and its commitments to its main suppliers. Bluelinea also paid the balance of the acquisition price of Securitas Téléassistance.

Bluelinea also took advantage of this strengthened financial structure to support its growth (working capital financing) and accelerate the implementation of the plan to optimize its organization and its costs. Thus, Bluelinea should show a very marked improvement in 2022 EBITDA compared to 2021 (proforma EBITDA of -€2.1 million) to move towards break-even.
