(CercleFinance.com) – BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) announces that it has finalized the acquisition of its majority stake in the Dutch management company Dynamic Credit Group (DCG).
This company specializes in mortgage loans and granular loan portfolios. DCG will be integrated into the Private Debt & Real Assets division of BNPP AM, bringing its total assets under management to more than 20 billion euros (at 31.12.2021).
David Bouchoucha, Head of Private Debt & Real Assets at BNPP AM, said: ‘The closing of this transaction marks an important milestone in the development of our private debt platform. It adds an innovative and well-established competency in the origination, management and servicing of granular loan portfolios, particularly in the area of mortgages’.
