(CercleFinance.com) – Stellantis today concluded new framework agreements with BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Santander Consumer Finance. These agreements make it possible to reorganize the current configuration of Stellantis’ financing activities in Europe.
“Our strategy is to strengthen the position of our financial captive, both in Europe and in North America, to double our net banking income by 2030,” said Carlos Tavares, CEO of Stellantis.
These framework agreements will allow the creation of a multi-brand operational leasing company and a reorganization of financing activities through Joint Ventures.
This new organization should be operational in the first half of 2023.
