(Boursier.com) — BNPP AM is celebrating 20 years of the SRI fund range! “Sustainable investing is anchored in the values and history of BNPP AM” comments the establishment… In 2002, a research team dedicated to ESG was created and a first socially responsible fund was launched. Today, the labeled range of BNPP AM continues to grow.
-1971: the first SRI fund, baptized Pax World Fund, is created by two American pastors of the Methodist Church. It was born from the questioning of corporate responsibility in human conflicts and ecological disasters.
-2002: thanks to the launch of its first SRI fund, BNP Paribas Etheis, BNPP AM plays a driving role in local initiatives in terms of responsible investment and sustainable development, in France, Europe and worldwide.
-2006: BNPP AM becomes a founding signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), an international network of investors supported by the United Nations.
-2019: BNPP AM launches its Global Sustainability Strategy, which establishes the pillars of its sustainable investor strategy across all of the company’s activities.
-As of June 30, 2022, BNPP AM had 153 labeled funds representing €116.3 billion in assets in Europe.
