BOA Concept, e-commerce accelerator, innovative and specialist in intralogistics (FR0011365907 – ALBOA) announces the acquisition today of 100% of the capital of RobOptic, an engineering company from Saint-Etienne, expert in the fields of robotics and vision, with its two founders.
The acquisition is paid for a majority share in cash and a minority share in new shares issued by BOA Concept according to the terms described below.
As part of this external growth, RobOptic’s expertise will complement and strengthen BOA Concept’s ability to develop new innovative robotic solutions for the intralogistics market.
RobOptic, with a team of 5 engineers, will also strengthen BOA Concept’s presence in the industrial sector thanks to its robotics and vision quality control solutions. Remember that BOA Concept is already present in the field of industry thanks in particular to its range of heavy duty conveyors.
