Discovered in the casting of the “Boba Fett Book” (but also in the “Yellowjackets” series), the young American actress Sophie Thatcher hinted that she could appear in other Star Wars productions.
A few weeks ago, she was completely unknown to the public. But since appearing as Drash in The Book of Boba Fett, young American actress Sophie Thatcher has now made a name for herself with fans of the Star Wars universe as “a member of the Vespa gang of space” (sic).
Despite the bad buzz generated by the series and the character, everything nevertheless suggests that we are not done with this gang, or at least with Drash. Questioned by our colleagues from the Hollywood Reporter as part of the promotion of her other series of the moment (Yellowjackets), Sophie Thatcher has indeed revealed that the character will appear in another Star Wars series.
I haven’t shown everything yet, but I don’t know how much I can talk about. You can assume that my character will be in other series. (…) No, I’m not going to disappear (laughs). I don’t even know if I have the right to talk about it.
What other Star Wars series could Sophie Thatcher appear in? Taking into account the chronology of the saga (The Book of Boba Fett takes place after the action of the movie The Return of the Jedi), the third season of The Mandalorian is obvious. Unless it is the spin-off on Ahsoka Tano, of which we still do not know what part of the life of the former Jedi the series will tell.
