Boeing shareholders reappoint Dave Calhoun to board

May 17 (Reuters) – Boeing Co shareholders voted on Friday to re-elect outgoing Chief Executive Officer Dave Calhoun to the aircraft maker’s board at the company’s annual general meeting, according to an initial tally.

Last month, Glass Lewis recommended that shareholders vote against the re-election of Dave Calhoun and two other Boeing directors due to the change in internal safety policy. (Reporting Abhijith Ganapavaram in Bangalore, French version Alban Kacher)
