(CercleFinance.com) – Boeing announces its association with Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC – Masdar, one of the world’s largest renewable energy companies and world leader in green hydrogen, with the aim of powering the he sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) industry in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and globally.
The idea is in fact to further support the commercial aviation industry’s goal of reaching net zero emissions by 2050.
Together, Masdar and Boeing intend to advance and support the development and adoption of SAF policies in the UAE and beyond.
The companies will also explore the advancement of SAF accounting principles, which could enable the SAF sector to cross geographic barriers as it evolves.
