BOGART (Euronext Paris – Compartment B – FR0012872141 – JBOG), specialized in the creation, manufacturing and marketing of luxury perfumes and cosmetic products, announces the acquisition of the Maison de Haute perfumerie et d’art de vivre in Aix in Provence “Rose and Marius”.
Created in 2012 and labeled “Artisans d’Art” since 2017, Rose et Marius offers unique and refined perfumed creations distributed in its boutique in Aix en Provence and in exceptional locations in France and internationally. All products are made in an artisanal way, locally in Provence, with the finest natural raw materials, whether for the creation of perfumes or their formulations.
After several strategic acquisitions in the retail sector (Germany, France, Belgium, Slovakia), BOGART is continuing its external growth strategy with the acquisition of a new brand in its original business as a manufacturer of perfumes and cosmetics.
Bogart will provide Rose and Marius with its manufacturing expertise, its integrated distribution network (April perfumeries) and will give it the means for its international development.
This operation will be financed from its own funds.
