BOGART (Euronext Paris – Compartment B – FR0012872141 – JBOG), specialized in the creation, manufacture and marketing of luxury perfumes and cosmetics, announces on January 10, 2022 that it signed the definitive buyout of the selective perfume chain Fann in Slovakia, the competition authority having given its agreement on this transaction

As a reminder, the Fann perfume chain is a profitable company created in 1993 which operates 68 perfume shops in Slovakia as well as an e-commerce site. It holds a total of 65% of the selective perfumery market in Slovakia in terms of number of points of sale.
Bogart will bring its know-how as a retailer manufacturer in selective perfumery and its management expertise in an international context.
With this new acquisition, BOGART extends the visibility of its own brands in a 7

country after France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
As a reminder, this operation is financed by bank loan with a low impact on the Group’s indebtedness.
