“Bomb” after countdown – Udo Landbauer claims to be governor

On January 29th, a new state parliament will be elected in Lower Austria. Officially, no party has started the election campaign yet, but of course things look different behind the political scenes. With a mysterious countdown and the announcement of a revelation, the Freedom Party went on the offensive at the weekend. What’s behind it.

Already on Saturday, the FPÖ Lower Austria announced its own countdown on the homepage at 7 p.m. “to want to drop a bomb”. He was ready to take responsibility and ready to shoulder the heavy backpack that the ÖVP had put on his compatriots. “I am stepping in to lead our country and our compatriots out of the crisis as Governor of Lower Austria. I will break with the price explosion, the asylum chaos and the corruption. I am absolutely convinced that there is another way,” explains Landbauer. The latest forecasts Landbauer’s announcement is particularly exciting in view of the latest election forecasts. As reported, experts currently consider a three-party coalition consisting of SPÖ, FPÖ and NEOS to be mathematically possible. Assuming the case, SPÖ boss Franz Schnabl and Udo Landbauer would have to snap the governor again. Christoph Haselmayer from the Institute for Demoscopy and Data Analysis considers “the best result in the history of the FPÖ” to be possible…
