Hardly anyone knows what exactly it is, but everyone knows the term: bonded fascia. They are often the cause of complaints in the back, neck, shoulder or leg area. How to loosen stuck fascia? The fascia training with the fascia ball or one foam roll is a popular treatment for bonded fibers.

What is fascia?

Fascia is one type connective tissue, which runs through the body from head to toe and ensures that everything stays in place. They surround the muscle fibers, fiber bundles and muscles and connect organs, skin and bones. At first glance, fascia looks like a white, thin layer of skin – no wonder that it used to be perceived as a kind of coat for organs and no other use was ascribed to them.

Today it looks different. Fascia is by no means a passive shell, but a complex system that responds to bioactive influences. Fascia therefore needs to be treated well. If this is not the case, they cause distressing pain that cannot be detected with any x-ray in the world.

What pain does bonded fascia cause?
