Arrival of Xavier Unkovic as General Management of the Bonduelle Group
The Bonduelle group announces the appointment of Xavier Unkovic to the general management of the Group. This appointment will take effect on June 1, 2023. Until that date, general management will be provided by Christophe Bonduelle, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Christophe Bonduelle, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, declares:

Xavier Unkovic held general management positions in the United States for 23 years, within the Mars Group and then the Amy’s kitchen company, which he turned around and developed. »

Biographical elements
Xavier Unkovic has 30 years of experience in developing consumer goods businesses in the American, European and Asian markets. After beginning his career in finance, sales and marketing, in 2000 he took over the general management of Royal Canin in the United States, then in 2003 in Canada. Xavier Unkovic then led the Beverages branch of the Mars group from 2010 for North America, then for the world from 2013. In 2017, he took over as Chairman and CEO of Amy’s Kitchen, a BCorp certified Californian company. which markets a range of organic prepared meals. Since 2021, Xavier Unkovic has been the Managing Director of the French company NAOS, a major player in skin care and health, under the Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur brands.
