This stood at 43.1 million euros a year ago at the same period. “This corresponds to an increase of +17.1% in current operating profit, i.e. a current operating margin of 3.9% on a comparable basis and 3.2% on a published basis,” explains Bonduelle. The net profit of the entire consolidated group for this first half stood at 4.5 million euros.

The net result was 20 million euros a year earlier at the same period.
Its turnover for this first half stood at 1.21 billion euros compared to 1.24 billion euros a year ago for the same period, an increase of + 4.5% on a comparable basis. and 2.4% in published data.

The General Meeting of the Bonduelle group held on December 7, 2023 approved the payment of a dividend of 0.25 euros per share, with effective payment made on January 4, 2024.

Taking into account the performance recorded in the first half, Bonduelle confirms its objectives of revenue growth of around 5% and progression in current operating profit of around 15%, on a like-for-like basis, announced in October 2023.
