Booder: “I think of him”, the comedian’s moving tribute to Wahid Bouzidi: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

Booder was the guest on the show We’re doing TV again on RTL, Saturday November 11, 2023. He took the opportunity to address many subjects including the film Alad’2 in which he plays alongside Kev Adams, Jamel Debbouze and Wahid Bouzidi. Booder then recounts the last moments he spent alongside his friend: “We were in the same city, in Marrakech together and we just had to see each other. His wife called me and said: ‘He’s in the hospital’. It was very complicated for me”. He says he still has a lot of difficulty accepting his death, so it is still difficult for him to grieve at the moment. A complicated path for the actor dotted with memories of his friend.

Of course, Booder does not forget his friend despite his brutal death. As a reminder, the comedian Wahid Bouzidi known thanks to Jamel Comedy Club died following a stroke. Very moved, Booder revealed: “But I think of him… There you go, I miss him a lot. He is always in my heart”. An unforgettable friend with whom he would have liked to spend many more moments: “I wish he was here, for real… I really lost someone very close to me,” says Booder. To remember good memories, the host RTL broadcast an extract from the old play The great Escape in which the two friends played alongside each other for five years. A way to remember the good times they spent together, reason why he will watch Alad’2 which will be broadcast on W9 Sunday November 12, 2023: “Obviously, I will watch Alad’2 for Wahid”, Booder said. A way for his friend not to forget him and to remember what they experienced together.
