recalls having informed the market on April 11, 2023 of the postponement of the publication of its annual financial report to June 30, 2023 at the latest, given the safeguard procedure to which it was subject and pending the decree by the Commercial Court of Lyon of the safeguard plan (which took place on May 23, 2023).
Given this lag, the company’s shares have been subject to a technical and temporary reclassification by Euronext in a specific compartment called “sanctions” of Euronext Growth since 1
er
June 2023, pursuant to the provisions of article 7.3.1 (V) of the Euronext Growth regulations.
BOOSTHEAT has confirmed to Euronext its objective of publishing the 2022 annual financial report no later than June 30, 2023 and thus being able to comply with its regulatory obligations for an exit from the compartment in question as soon as possible.
