This system must provide a framework for preparing a sale (total or partial) of assets and activities while preserving the best interests of the company, she explains in a press release.

This is, according to the Lyon company, the legal framework best suited to preserve the fundamentals of the company and strengthen its chances of finding a new partner as soon as possible.

In its press release, the company adds that it has decided to suspend all of its non-essential activities, in order to preserve its cash flow, which today reaches 2.1 million euros.

Boostheat had recently announced its ambition to return to the market at the end of 2023 with a dual-service gas thermal heat pump (domestic hot water and building heating), primarily in Germany.

But Berlin has since decided, in the face of the energy crisis, to favor electricity as the main energy carrier in the building heating sector to the detriment of gas, a situation that will lead to the suspension of aid for the installation of gas boilers .

The listing of its shares has been suspended since Wednesday, August 31.
