Boostheat: the contribution of HBR validated by justice

(CercleFinance.com) – Boostheat announced on Monday that the judge commissioner in charge of its recovery had authorized a contribution by HBR, the holding company of businessman Hugo Brugière, aimed at ensuring its turnaround plan.

This current account contribution – in the amount of one million euros – should make it possible to finance the observation period and supplement existing equity capital in order to cover all the needs of the turnaround project.

In addition, the energy efficiency specialist was authorized to terminate its current premises in Vénissieux and to sign a new lease contract on the same site, but better suited to its new size, which should generate annual savings around 450,000 euros.

The combined general meeting convened on February 9 to ratify the new directors (Hugo Brugière, Baudouin Hallo and Emmanuel Couraud) and to authorize securities transactions not having reached the required quorum, a new combined general meeting will be convened on the 1st
March.

In a press release, Boostheat stresses that its shareholders will now be able to decide with all the financial elements relating to the continuation of the company’s project.

The next hearing is set for March 29, when the company is expected to present its backup plan, although that hearing could be brought forward if the plan was able to be ready sooner.

The Boostheat share is up 35% today on the Paris Stock Exchange.
