(CercleFinance.com) – Boostheat, a specialist in energy efficiency, announced on Friday that its shareholders had approved the establishment of a new governance.
Called to a mixed general meeting (ordinary and extraordinary) on second call, the shareholders, who made it possible to reach a quorum of 25.6%, approved all the resolutions by more than 93% each.
In particular, they should decide on the ratification of three directors making up the new governance, namely Hugo Brugière, Emmanuel Couraud and Baudouin Hallo, as well as on various resolutions aimed at carrying out capital transactions.
Boostheat, which benefits from a new business project led by businessman Hugo Brugière, recently received expressions of interest from several strategic partners with a view to its recovery.
