The presentation of Gearbox to the PAX East of this year was quite classic, but still allowed the announcement of a new game Tales from the Borderlands. This one more thing was preceded by a quick segment centered on Borderlands 3during which creative director Graeme Timmins and managing producer, live ops Mario Rodriguez did a recap of some big numbers surrounding the game.
Thus, players of Borderlands 3 raised 1.16 trillion dollars (the term “quadrillion” is misleading here since it is equivalent in British English to 1024 and in American at 1015) and 14.69 billion weapons (many more were left on the ground). No less than 47.3 billion hiding places were looted (refrigerators, toilets, safes, etc.), 52.23 billion dollars were offered in tips to Moxxi (yes, it is shielded), 128.19 million golden chests were opened using the corresponding keys distributed for the most part by the studio on its networks and 8.79 million diamond chests on the same principle. Finally, 51.14 billion kills were done using elemental damage and the Descendants of the Ark (Children of the Vault) got what they deserved as 46.97 billion of them were killed!
In May, a small event will honor the bosses of Maliwanwhich will in turn be one level from those of the Raids one per week. Their loot pool (the weapons to be obtained by killing them) will be modified, as well as their damage, and cosmetic elements for the heads of our characters will be offered as a reward. Finally, the cross play will finally be available to everyone! Added since last year, it let players playstation aside, the fault Sony Interactive Entertainment… Well, by the end of spring, that will be history.
If you still haven’t fallen for Borderlands 3it is sold in PS4 standard edition at only €12.17 on Amazon.
