Good news for those who still haven’t Borderlands 3 since it is the game offered on the Epic Games Store from May 19 to 26, 2022. It was an unannounced mystery game and since the next one is not yet named either, we assume that Epic will redo a series of big games for us as it can happen at the end of the year.
Surprise, a free Borderlands 3 on the Epic Games Store
Users of the Epic Games Store launcher will therefore be able to go hunting from the Ark for free in the universe of Borderlands 3, playable in co-op up to four. Note that it is the basic edition of the game that is offered and therefore does not contain the two Season Passes which will cost you around 42 euros with their promo (not including the current voucher).
Recall that crossplay is available on the game to group with people who have the game on Steam, Stadia or Xbox consoles. To play with those who are PS4 or PS5, you will still have to wait a few days or weeks since the arrival of PlayStation compatibility was planned for this spring as Gearbox announced it during its PAX conference at the end of April, in addition to the continuation of Tales from the Borderlands.
As always, you must log into your Epic Games Store account before May 26 at 5 p.m. to be able to add Borderlands 3 to your library so you can keep it. All this is therefore perfect for having a little fun in this universe while waiting for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands passes at a reasonable price as we recommended in our review because of its content a little too poor.
