Bose discreetly prepares its QuietComfort SE headphones, a copy-paste of the QC45

Our crafty colleagues from WinFuture have indeed recently spotted a new model on the Bose support site, accompanied by a video ofunboxing available on the manufacturer’s website. Both sources feature the QuietComfort SE, or QC SE, a “new” active noise canceling headset from Bose.

If we rely on the information and images shared, everything brings us back to the QuietComfort 45 launched a year ago: design, features, connectivity, autonomy… the twinness is perfect, or almost, since we guess here the presence of soft fabric carrying case instead of the hard leatherette case that comes with the QC45.

New version or simple name change? There is the question. But behind this simplified name and this mysterious launch is probably the manufacturer’s desire to clarify its catalog, or to target new markets… According to sources, the QC SE will be displayed at around $330, the same price launch than the QC45. All this will remain to be confirmed during the official launch of this SE model, which is therefore expected shortly.
