(CercleFinance.com) – Boskalis Westminster publishes for the first six months of 2022 a net profit up 61% to 116 million euros, and an EBITDA up 29% to 292 million, including an accounting gain of 50 million related to the sale of Keppel Smit Towage.

The Dutch maritime and port infrastructure provider saw its revenues increase by 22% to 1.61 billion euros (+20% excluding scope and exchange rate effects) with “high use of large vessels”.

Based on its order book and excluding unforeseen circumstances, management says it expects an EBITDA level in the second half in line with that of the first, in data adjusted for exceptional items.
